Hi, nice to meet you! I'm Tiana. A loving wife, first-time mum and homemaker living in Brisbane, Queensland. If you walked past my home on any given day of the week, you'd likely smell sweet banana muffins baking in the oven, or a comforting, hearty casserole simmering on the stove waiting for my family to enjoy once my husband gets home from work. You'd also hear calming piano music playing on repeat (it honestly makes my life, even the wild moments, feel very cinematic and I love it). Battling with anxiety, depression and OCD for many years, worsening throughout my pregnancy and early postpartum, I didn't know what my future would look like. Tackling each challenge and anxiety with determination to be the most present mother for my daughter, I've overcome more than I thought was possible. I now feel so content in myself and feel like I've found my true purpose in life - being a mum and serving my family each and every day. Thank you for joining me on this journey!
