When I was in my plant-based era, I made this creamy cashew dip on repeat. It took me a long time to truly nail the perfect balance of savoury cheesiness with a little tang, but I got there!

Disclaimer: This is a dairy-free 'cheese' dip made from cashews - so if you're expecting it to taste just like cream cheese, you'll be left feeling disappointed. That being said, this creamy cashew dip is still a delicious, savoury and salty plant-based alternative that you can use to spread on bagels and crackers, just like you would any other dip.

Made with 5 ingredients, plus a few pantry staples, this creamy cashew dip is as versatile as it is easy-to-make!
